ABOUT US

  • We are providing for 13 years very successfull services in the area of executive, manager and specialists search, we are a provider of interim managers and since 2017 we became a successfull provider of Ukrainian workforce for mostly production companies in Czech Republic – over 5000 Ukrainians found a long term job in Czech Republic thanks to us
  • Our clients are mainly well-known international automotive corporations but also companies from other production sectors such as food processing industry, machinery, aviation, construction industry and health care…
  • We are a number one provider of Ukrainian workforce for Czech teritorry in Czech Republic and in Ukraine working without agents!
  • We are proceeding around 200 candidates per month for our Czech companies, offering only official long term visa for 1 or 2 years – Employee Card- jobs
  • Licence in Czech and as well in Ukraine, nice modern office close Lviv centre
  • We are growing again so we are searching maybe exactly for you

COMPETENCES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organization of departures of Ukrainians to Czech Republic
  • Checking all necessary documents before departing the country /medical docs, translations, arrival forms, covid tests, passports
  • Deep communication with people on the phone and in viber groups reaching a smooth non-problematic departure of each person of the group
  • 3-4 departures of groups of 5-20 people/week – around 200 /month
  • Accompanying them to the bus station or airport, sitting them on bus or on plane
  • Communication with coordinators or directly with company representatives in the Czech
  • Picking up and sending buses with documents/this might be before or after working hours as buses leave and arrive depending on the border- 1-2x /a week
  • Communication with translation partner agency, all team and owners
  • The communication language of the company is English
  • Work with company systém
  • Supporting office management work in the office

IDEAL PROFILE

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • You must LOVE to communicate on phone and viber
  • You must LOVE to help people, to support and to advise them in any case and to any characted
  • Big advantage is track record in organising people on any level in business
  • Experience with work in an international environment is a big plus
  • Higher education finished
  • Mature person, western thinking = to solve problems not to highlight them and leave them unsolved
  • Clear mind, Intellingent positive person, we dont search for a negative complainer, team-player, active, result oriented, goal driven, non-conflict, stress-resistant
  • Bringing new ideas for improvement
  • English advanced is a must, our communication language is English
  • MS office user
